The picture does not match the title or the content because images have power. A padded cell or a wide-eyed insomniac might be a proper image for this article, but instead, I used a positive image. It is scientifically proven that looking at negative images causes negative thoughts, and positive images cause positive thoughts. So, be on your guard what you let into your mind through your eyes.
Therefore, for this article I chose an image that depicts freedom, as in freedom from demonic oppression once you realize that it is demons who may be at the root of many of your unexplained or chronic problems – or, the “mental problems” of someone you know, such as your relative, parent, or child. Still, please take this article as a word for yourself before trying to think about it as if for someone you know. After all, judgmentalism itself can be demonic, so be on your guard.
So, to preface this article, let’s begin with Jesus’ words in Matthew 7:1-5:
“1Judge not, that you be not judged. 2 For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. 3 Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? 4 Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye.” (Matthew 7:1-5)
I’m sorry if this hurts your feelings, but I am writing this to help you free yourself from demonic oppression, not to pander to feelings; and the devil, the great deceiver, will definitely try to hide demonic activity in your own life by making you think about someone else instead. Therefore, first consider your own life; and when you are perfect, then consider someone else.
The exception, of course, is if you are coming here because your child is acting like a lunatic and you are concerned it may be demons; in which case, out of love only, read this for them, but also still consider yourself as well. Did you let your child see or watch something that allowed demons in? Maybe even you are the culprit, is there is an evil movie or occult material in your house? If so then this is your responsibility to get rid of first. So, be on your guard, and consider yourself as well.
Some sickness and most mental illness is demonic.
While not all sickness is demonic, certain unexplained sickness like fibromyalgia, unexplained pain, and others may very well be demonic. Mental illnesses, on the other hand, are in my opinion almost entirely demonic, since they are utterly unexplained by science. There is absolutely no physical evidence of any “mental illness” found in the massive book known as the DSM-5 which lists and categorizes all of these supposed “psychological illnesses”.
This article, like many others, explains how “unlike medical disease, there are no scientific tests to verify the medical existence of any psychiatric disorder”. Every single “disorder” was simply invented by a panel of psychiatrists and voted into existence. If a new set of behaviors becomes documented, they will just make up a new “disorder” for that set of behaviors and call it a “mental illness”.
Extensive studies have been done, but there is absolutely zero way to determine by any scientific test whether one person has any “mental illness” or another does not. Not a blood test, bodily fluids, x-rays, brain scans, MRI, or chemicals in the brain can give any scientific or physical evidence of any physiological dysfunction causing even a single one of the “mental illnesses” found in the DSM-5 official psychiatric manual.
A person who exhibits normal behavior and a normal life, as determined by the DSM-5 (if such a person exists, since the DSM-5 is so broad and vague that many can apply to absolutely anyone), can be fully tested with every bodily fluid, and an expert could not tell the difference between them and a completely insane murdering lunatic from any scientific test.
“Mental illness” is fully explained as demons.
Conversely, from a Biblical perspective, so-called “mental illnesses”, such as depression, rage, “cleptomania” (thieves), compulsive liars, excessively arrogant, and even (or “especially”) schizophrenia, multiple personalities, and others, are all perfectly explained by the influence of another person inside that person, in the form of one or more demons.
Almost certainly, every mental dysfunction in the massive DSM-5 manual are all either demonic in extreme cases, or a natural function of the human mind in mild cases.
For example, a person may be diagnosed “depressed”, but they may be just sad because they are unmarried or have an unhappy family life. This is not an “illness”, but a natural human reaction to undesirable circumstances.
However, a person may be diagnosed as “clinically depressed”, because their depression is not a natural response to their life circumstances. They may be wealthy, married with children, and highly successful, but yet be extremely sad for no apparent reason. Or, they may simply being going about their day and occasionally experience bouts of extreme sadness. In either case, this is undeniably demonic. The solution is not pharmaceutical drugs, but literally exorcism to rid the person of the demon.
The same goes for other extreme cases of “mental illness” like schizophrenia, which is a demon tormenting a person with hallucinations – images given by the demon in front of their eyes – and other “symptoms” like extreme paranoia where this person believes there are cameras in the walls and nanobots to spy on them in their glass of water that came out of the faucet.
This is not insanity. It is not a “mental illness” or a “psychological dysfunction”. This is a powerful demon that has ahold of this person and is causing this person to think and feel and even see these things. Schizophrenia is a totally obvious case of demonic possession.
Multiple personalities is the far end of the spectrum. It is the most overt and obvious form of demonic possession. Their demon or demons have such control of this person that they fully control their body entirely. This is why the person cannot remember what they did or control it, because it is literally not them controlling their body, it is a demonic spirit. Total exorcism is the only solution for this person, or just to lock them in a padded room strapped to a table. Of course, the latter is far less preferable.
Christians cannot be possessed, but they can be inhabited and influenced.
Fortunately, Christians are not subject to the same level of demonic possession; but they can be inhabited, so do not be deceived. I do not believe that there is any genuine Christian who can ever exhibit “multiple personalities”, since Christians cannot be fully possessed. Christians also are unlikely to have an extreme form of schizophrenia, although it is possible to have paranoia and voices in their head, which are the demons talking to them and deceiving them. However, being a Christian, this is unlikely to be extreme because I think the Holy Spirit would step in before it got too bad because God has a claim on the body of a true Christian. Demons do not have a legal right to control this body unless the Christian strays very far from God, such as doing some occult practice.
Also, the demon of murder can cause a person to murder someone even if that person did not intend it. That person may be beating on another person in a fight and suddenly they “lose control”. You hear this all the time in violence, and almost certainly this is demonic possession. Due to this, it is unlikely (although possible) that a true Christian would ever act like this, unless they opened some very dark doors in their life. It is fully possible for a Christian to hand over control, but a demon could not force them against their will if they did not want to. A Christian could become aware of what they are doing and stop (although it would be extremely difficult at this point, so don’t test this), but a non-Christian could not.
On the other hand, many demonic influences that display as “mental illness” do inflict many if not most Christians today. It is tragic that this goes unaddressed by the church as a whole today, because this problem is getting worse and worse. Depression, fear, anger, hate, pride, sexual immorality, and so many other issues almost certainly have some demonic influence.
Christians need to wake up to the reality of demons.
If Christians do not become aware of these demons and wake up, they will continue to be subject to these demons and actually risk their soul. Christians need to wake up and cast out these demons, realizing that “we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Ephesians 6:12).
Demons are real, and as soon as Christians wake up to this, they can begin addressing the real problem, which is demons, instead of trying to stop the behavior with pharmaceutical drugs. This includes parents trying to control their children’s behavior with drugs instead of realizing they have demons in the house that need to be cast out.
Wake up Christians! Address the problems of sin in your life and start realizing that many of the issues in your life may very well be the result of demonic influence. As soon as you understand that you are not dealing with yourself, but actually another person, that is, a demon or even many demons, then you will begin to have control over your life as you cast these out one by one.
I strongly recommend to watch some videos by pastor Derek Prince with regards to this, which are all on youtube, as he goes into great detail about casting out demons and taking down demonic strongholds. The war is real, and the sooner Christians realize we are warriors with the power of Christ on our side, the sooner you can start winning the battles in your lives.
