Psalms 131

An ode of the steps.

131:1O lord, my heart was not exalted, nor were my eyes raised up high, nor was I gone among the great ones, nor in wonders above me.

131:2Unless I was humble-minded, but I exalted my soul. As the one being weaned upon his mother, so will you recompense unto my soul.

131:3Let Israel hope upon the lord, from the present and unto the eon!
