Psalms 121

An ode of the steps.

121:1I lifted my eyes unto the mountains, from where my help shall come.

121:2My help is from the lord; of the one making the heaven and the earth.

121:3May he not give your foot to tossing about, nor should the one guarding you slumber.

121:4Behold, the one guarding Israel shall not slumber nor sleep.

121:5The lord shall guard you. The lord is protection to you at your right hand.

121:6By day the sun shall not burn you, nor the moon by night.

121:7The lord shall guard you from all evil; the lord shall guard your soul.

121:8The lord shall guard your entrance and your exit, from the present and unto the eon.
