Psalms 118
Alleluiah
118:1Make acknowledgment to the lord, for he is good, for into the eon is his mercy!
118:2Say indeed, O house of Israel, that he is good, for into the eon is his mercy!
118:3Say indeed, O house of Aaron, that he is good, for into the eon is his mercy!
118:4Say indeed, all the ones fearing the lord, that he is good, for into the eon is his mercy!
118:5From out of affliction I called upon the lord, and he heeded me in an enlargement.
118:6The lord to me is a helper; and I shall not fear what man shall do to me.
118:7The lord to me is a helper, and I will scrutinize my enemies.
118:8It is good to yield unto the lord, than to yield unto man.
118:9It is good to hope upon the lord, than to hope upon rulers.
118:10All the nations encircled me, and in the name of the lord I repulsed them.
118:11In encircling, they encircled me; and in the name of the lord I repulsed them.
118:12They encircled me as bees at a honeycomb; and they burned away as fire among thorn-bushes; and in the name of the lord I repulsed them.
118:13Being thrust through, I was prostrated to fall, and the lord took hold of me.
118:14The lord is my strength and my singing of praise; and he became to me for deliverance;
118:15a voice of exultation and deliverance in the tents of the just. The right hand of the lord acted in power.
118:16The right hand of the lord exalted me. The right hand of the lord acted in power.
118:17I shall not die, but I shall live; and I shall describe the works of the lord.
118:18In correcting, the lord corrected me; and he shall not deliver me to death.
118:19Open to me the gates of righteousness, and entering in them I shall confess to the lord.
118:20This is the gate of the lord; the just shall enter in it.
118:21I shall confess to you, for you took heed of me, and you became for me as deliverance.
118:22The stone which the builders rejected, this one became for the head of the corner.
118:23This happened by the lord, and it is wonderful in our eyes.
118:24This is the day which the lord made, we shall exult and be glad in it.
118:25O lord, deliver indeed! O lord, prosper the way indeed!
118:26Being blessed is the one coming in the name of the lord. We blessed you from out of the house of the lord.
118:27God is the lord, and he shined upon us. Stand together for a holiday with the ones making dense the victims unto the horns of the altar.
118:28You are my God, and I shall confess to you. You are my God, and I will exalt you. I will confess to you, for you took heed of me; and you became to me for deliverance.
118:29I will confess to the lord, for he is good, for into the eon is his mercy.
