Acts 3

3:1And together Peter and John ascended unto the temple at the hour of prayer -- the ninth.

3:2And a certain man being lame from his mother's belly was borne, whom they put daily at the door of the temple being called Beautiful, to ask charity from the ones entering into the temple.

3:3Who seeing Peter and John being about to enter into the temple, asked charity.

3:4And Peter gazing at him with John, said, Look at us!

3:5And he waited for them, expecting to receive something from them.

3:6But Peter said, Silver and gold does not exist to me; but what I have, this I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth arise and walk!

3:7And laying hold of him by the right hand, he raised him. And immediately his bases and ankles were solidified.

3:8And leaping up, he stood and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking and leaping and praising God.

3:9And all the people saw him walking and praising God.

3:10And they recognized him, that this one was the one sitting down for charity at the Beautiful Gate of the temple. And they were filled with stupefaction and astonishment over the thing having happened to him.

3:11And of the lame man who was healed holding Peter and John, all the people ran together to them unto the stoa being called Solomon's, utterly astonished.

3:12And seeing, Peter responded to the people, Men, Israelites, why do you marvel at this? or why gaze upon us as if it was by our own power or piety making him to walk?

3:13The God of Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers glorified his servant Jesus; whom you delivered up, and denied him in front of Pilate, having adjudged to release that one.

3:14But you denied the holy and righteous one, and asked for a man, a murderer, to be granted to you;

3:15and the chief of life you killed, whom God raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses.

3:16And by the belief, of the one of his name, this one whom you view, and you know, his name he made solid; and the belief which is by him he gave to him this wholeness before all of you.

3:17And now, brethren, I know that according to ignorance you acted, as also your rulers.

3:18But what God preannounced through the mouth of all his prophets, for the Christ to suffer, he fulfilled thus.

3:19Repent then, and turn, for the wiping away of your sins! so that times of respite should come from the presence of the Lord,

3:20and he should send the one who was publicly proclaimed to you -- Jesus Christ,

3:21which heaven must indeed receive till times of restoration of all things, of which God spoke through the mouth of all his holy prophets from the eon.

3:22For Moses indeed said to the fathers that, the Lord your God shall raise up a prophet unto you from your brethren, as me; him you shall hear according to all as much as he should speak to you.

3:23And it shall be every soul which ever should not hearken to that prophet, shall be utterly destroyed from the people.

3:24And indeed all the prophets from Samuel and of the ones in order, as many as spoke, also announced these days.

3:25You are sons of the prophets, and of the covenant of which God ordained to our fathers, saying to Abraham, And in your seed shall be blessed all the families of the earth.

3:26To you first God, having raised up his servant Jesus, sent him blessing you, in the turning each from your wickednesses.
