Hebrews 5
5:1For every chief priest being taken from among men, is established for men in the things for God, that he should offer both gift offerings and sacrifices for sin offerings;
5:2being able to moderate emotions with the ones being ignorant and erring; since also he is encompassed with weakness.
5:3And on account of this he ought, as concerning the people, so also concerning himself to offer for sins.
5:4And not to himself does anyone take the honor, but the one being called by God, just as Aaron.
5:5Thus also the Christ did not glorify himself to become chief priest, but the one saying to him, You are my son, I today have engendered you.
5:6As also in another place he says, You are a priest into the eon according to the order of Melchisedek.
5:7Who in the days of his flesh offered both supplications and earnest entreaties to the one being able to deliver him from death, with a strong cry and having offered tears, and was listened to because of his veneration;
5:8though being a son, he learned obedience from what he suffered.
5:9And having been perfected, he became to all the ones obeying him the reason of eternal deliverance;
5:10having been addressed by God as chief priest according to the order of Melchisedek.
5:11Concerning of whom our word is much and difficult in interpretation to speak, since you have become dull in the hearings.
5:12For though you ought to be teachers because of the time, again you have need of one to teach you what are the elements of the beginning of the oracles of God; and you have become having need of milk, and not of solid nourishment.
5:13For every one partaking of milk is inexperienced of the word of righteousness; for he is an infant.
5:14But solid nourishment is for full grown, of the ones through the manner of having the senses exercised for the distinction of both good and evil.
