2 Corinthians 9
9:1For indeed concerning of the service, of the one for the holy ones, it is more extra for me to write to you.
9:2For I know your eagerness, which I boast over you to Macedonia, that Achaia made preparations over a year ago; and the result of your zeal excited the many.
9:3And I sent forth the brethren, lest our boasting, the one over you, should be nullified in this portion; that (as I said) you should be making preparations;
9:4lest perhaps if Macedonians should come with me and should find you unprepared, we should be disgraced, (so that we should not say -- You) in this support of boasting.
9:5I esteemed it important then to appeal to the brethren, that they should go forth unto you, and complete beforehand this your preannounced blessing, being prepared, thus as a blessing, and not as if a desire for wealth.
9:6But this I say, The one sowing sparingly, also harvests sparingly; and the one sowing for blessings, for blessings also he shall harvest.
9:7Let each do as he resolves in the heart, not from distress or from necessity; for God loves a happy giver.
9:8And God is able to abound every favor unto you, that in every way, at all times you should abound having all sufficiency for every good work
9:9(as it has been written, He dispersed, he gave to the needy; his righteousness abides into the eon.
9:10And the one supplying seed to the one sowing, even may he supply bread for food, and multiply your sowing, and may he increase the offspring of your righteousness)
9:11in every way being enriched in all simplicity, which manufactures through us thankfulness to God.
9:12For the service of this ministration, not only is filling up in addition the deficiencies of the holy ones, but also abounding through many thanksgivings to God;
9:13through the proof of this service glorifying God upon the submission of your acknowledgment offering to the good news of the Christ, and simplicity of the fellowship to them and unto all,
9:14and their supplication for you, longing after you through the exceeding favor of God unto you.
9:15And gratitude be to God over his inexpressible gift.
